The cam you list has 19* of overlap and based on the type of driving you described, would be a poor choice. That is a much larger cam than you need and would not do well with low end torque and would be very peaky in power I think. There are tons of cams that would suit your needs, but the common theme is to keep the overlap much lower (in the 0-10* range) to aid in driveability. Even the best tuners out there would have a hard time getting your cam to be smooth to drive. Here is some good reading for you...

Hope this helps. I have a friend running the Spinmonster cam and it drives stock and is strong as hell. It was tuned by Ed Hutchings http://www.hitechtuning.com/ and he is one of the best tuners and really likes the cam also.
