Planning a LS2 swap into my 72 Chevelle. The one part that is hard for me to get past is how expensive it will be to buy an efi tank that performs with no fuel starvation issues. Vaporworx is frikkin 1600 out the door! These guys are almost half.

Any feedback helpful.

Yeah, but can anyone vouch for how they perform as it relates to fuel starvation during cornering and acceleration?

dont use the cheap rock auto ones.. your gas gauge will fluctuate hard and your motor will get starvation at half tank.

i think the tanks are called Spectra EFI tanks.

CRAZY amount of bad reviews on them.

Can't vouche for their performance. For a hard use appllication you're probably better with the get what you pay for method of thinking. The rock auto is just a budget option. Rick's tanks seam to be nice in applications that I've used them in, but not budget minded.

Werd. I drive mine daily with spectra tank and it gets old. The gas gauge don't fluctuate on mine, but when its at half tank on gauge its full then at full tank it's really half full.

That is a tanks drop in sump.

I have one in dads chevelle. It works great. I modded the tank to lower the hat into the tank so I would not have floor clearance issues.

8000 miles this year.
