Was in contact via email with Dr. Gas today. It appears that they are very much still in business. Here is the email response I got from them.

Thank you for your email. To answer your question, YES! We’re still open and doing well. Some nasty rumors have been going around regarding us being out of business, but I want to let you know that they are not true.
Our website has been in the process of being redone for a while now. We’re rather frustrated with the person in charge of getting it done, and getting our online store up again. I think the website being down is a partial cause of the confusion.
Regarding the boom tube tips, yes, we still make them as well. We pretty much make all the same products, especially for the street-car line of products. The only thing we have scaled back/eliminated are some of the NASCAR team-specific oval 3.5” junctions we used to make for a few specific driver-teams. So, rest assured that you can still get the same quality Dr. Gas products you’ve used in the past.
The FreqMod muffler on our website is our newest muffler design and was put as our homepage as a place-holder. Unfortunately, it has taken much longer to get the site back up than we had anticipated.
