Will a 335/30 tire work on an 11" wide
wheel? Thanks ahead of time.

I think the recommended minimum width is 11.5" for a 335.

Stay with a 295 or a 305 on a 11.0X18 wheel. 335 fits great on a 12.0-13.0X18 wheel. :)

Just to add a little more, if you're after looks more than handling it isn't really a big deal. Personally, I would run a 315. However, a 335 will give you more of that old school look, as much as that is possible with a low profile 335/30 , where the sidewall bulges out. The bigger the tire and the smaller the wheel the more the tire is going to move around on you on hard cornering, and the less responsive it will be.

Makes sense, performance is definately the end goal, what combo you are running on your 69, it has a great stance and wheel/tire fitment?

I can still go to a 12" wheel, I had recently come across a set of 18x11" wheels that were offered at a decent price, however that deal went away this weekend. My plan all along was to run the 335/30 on the rear, still trying to decide what to fit up front. Just need to make the rear wheel and tire choice soon so that I can then measure for the rearend width I need to fit with the new wheels. One step at a time..

You will not be disappointed by using those 335's with an 18x12 wheel

lots of the mustang guys run them on 10.5's with no issues.

I have 335 bfg's on my 18x11's and think they fit great. the sidewall is rounded ever so slightly instead of being squared off. I love the look.

I had intended to run 315's, but hey were just a tad shorter than my fronts. they would have looked like crap. my fronts are already shorter than I like now. too bad no one makes a 335/325-18 that is taller but NOT a drag radial or supersoft compound.

Tire size definitely is limited in the tires you would want, I have looked at the 315 but it is not the right tire, unless I was drag racing. I think I will run with the 335..if it doesn't work out then plan B is always an option.
