I had some Foose 18" on my stock 69 suspension 18x8 in front and 18x9 rear with no rubbing. I am not home at the moment but i believe the backspace in front was 4.75 and rear was 5

They are still on the car. I will be replacing them eventually for larger now that I have minitubs but not until a few other things are done.

Maybe you already did this but, did you roll the fender lips?

If your driver rear is hitting the lip and not the passenger, then I would be looking for the misalignment in your rearend. What is the distance of the wheel to the quarter lip on the passenger side?

It could be off but I just had a complete BMR front and rear suspension put its a 10 bolt it'll be back this weekend while we wait for wheels so that's my dilemma

It is critical your rear axle is centered under the car. If its off to one side, then the car will track weird and cause strange handling characteristics
