First post for me. And I have a Trans am I am getting ready to start racing, but still looking for wheels and tires. I couldn't find my answer via searches or the stickies.

I know about what size I want:
Front: 275/45/18 on a 18X9 rim
Rear: 295/40/18 on a 18x10 or 11 rim

Has anyone run this set up and recommend a good wheel and tire combo? Thanks!

Oh, and what offset did you go with and let me know if you had any rubbing issues front or rear.

What is the setup on your T/A? What suspension, minitubs, goals? Anything info helps. I'm running 245/40/18 and 285/40/18 on custom offset Rushforths. I highly recommend investing in a Percy's wheel right tool or equivalent. Every car is different.

Auto cross is the goal. Running PTFB front suspension. No mini tubs. Lowered by 2".

Sounds like the same setup and parts as mine. I'm rubbing in the back inside and out with the fender lips rolled. the front still has a little room but not much.
