hey guys does anyone know if there is a difference between the camaro kits and the firebird kits????
thank you
Not that this will help you out all that much but I just ordered a kit last night and was trying to figure out the same thing. I did find out that they do have different part numbers. I really don't see what the difference could be but usuallt they will say camaro/firebird if it will work on both. I played it safe and ordered a complete kit for a 67 firebird....I do know one thing for sure, they aren't cheap!

Some places have the same part number. My brother has a 67 Camaro and its the same car only difference is the nose

Problem is most of the aftermarket weatherstripping is way too stiff! The trunk and doors will be difficult to close and/or not sit right
I know for fact A&M softseal is the worst (durometer is TOO hard). Metro is better but look around for the OER latex is probably best of the weatherstripping options. The best & most expensive is original GM weatherstripping.
