OEM Shelby GT500 Recaro seats

Anyone using these recaros? I am planning to buy a set into my 69 Cougar but I would need some advise on them.
For example I am not a tall guy (only 1.75m) and some people say these seats are not really comfortable for small people.:)
They are not so cheap so I dont want to make any mistake... 70304

I sat in them at an auto show when the Recaros were first coming out. I fell in love, they were finally a seat that had bolsters that did not close in on my shoulders, but I am 6'3". I have a feeling people not suffering from giantism would have a problem with them though. Also I made some measurements and even if the seat was mounted on the floor without sliders it would be impossible to fit any legs under the steering wheel at all. I don't know how much room cougars have, but if they are similar to the mustang you would have to run a small steering wheel and maybe even do floor work for them to fit. Good luck!

Yes, the Cougars have the same interior dimensions maybe a little more room for legs at the rear.
