Looking at the link above, it looks like a nice kit.

Couple of questions I have are as follows:
1. What transmissions are compatible with this wiring harness? TH350/400 or 4L60/65/80e
2. Can the PCM be tuned at a later date once it's in the car/truck or is the PCM locked?

You can use any trans with that. It will need its own controller.
