Ls1 with flowmaster super 44 catalytic converter question

Hi everyone well it's time to install my flowmaster super 44 kit got a decent deal on it my question is should I leave or delete my catalytic converter? Looking for good sound but not annoying as it will be a daily driver... All stock except for shorty headers. Thanks for any input

What car is it. If it comes from the factory stock with cats I say leave them. You are giving up maybe 2hp if you keep the cats. Plus your reducing polution and gas smell from your exhaust.

1968 camaro with ls1.. I would have to buy the cats and install if it effects performance
