Were to start?
**Frame and suspension now 100% installed and today I will install the LS1, 6 speed, new clutch and set the new frame under the painted body so it will be a complete roller.******** 1-12-2013
I have a frame off 1966 Chevelle (136), sanded down to metal. Every part and bolt was painted off the car, inside and out. Fire wall is completely smoothed. Moved all hydraulics inside the car with custom pedals. Under side of car was sprayed by Line X bed liner and was tinted the color of the car. Look very nice.
Inside of the car was sprayed with the same but Black. This car is sealed up.
Frame was removed, sand blasted. Frame was then boxed all the way to the back and custom cross member made. then powder coated Black.
Suspension:
Front- Heidts upper and lower tubular control arms, QA1 adjustable coil overs, Heidts 2" drop spindles "Tall" ones for better camber, Heidts big sway bar and UniSteer rack and pinion set up.
Rear- Heidts upper and lower 4 link control arms with big sway bar, QA1 adjustable coil overs. Currie Ford 9" rear end with 3:73 posi.
Brakes:
Front- C-5 Corvette 13" 4 brakes with drilled and slotted rotors.
Rear 13" brakes with E-brake and drilled and slotted rotors as well.
Motor and trans:
2002 Corvette LS1 with 48,000 miles, drive by wire. Reworked wiring harness and ECM, gas pedal and TAC module. Coated S&P headers. Complete belt set up with vintage a/c kit.
2002 Camaro T-56 with new fly wheel and clutch.
Complete Vintage a/c kit.
Flaming river tilt steering column.
American wire, modern wiring harness. New in the box.
Ricks stainless gas tank with built in G.m fuel pump and sending unit, bolts into the factory spot.
Corvette fuel filter kit.
$3500 of new parts from OPG: I.E all new felts, rubbers, seals, gaskets, bumpers, complete light assemblies, emblems, tail lights, dash pad, dash bezels and chrome and so on.
Custom made drive line.
Brand new in the box Dakota Digital VHX Instruments in a blue color with carbon fiber back. Looks great.
EMS billet hood shocks
Ring Brothers billet door strikers
Fesler billet hood latch
Complete stainless bolt kit
I have modified the tunnel for the T-56. The whole car was built before paint and then pulled apart for paint. So it is just bolt together and have the baddest 66 chevelle.
I will bolt the frame back under the car for transporting. Frame is all done, 100% roller and every thing new and detailed. Just install motor and tarns and all new parts.
I have the stock interior, bucket seats front and stock rear. Needs recovered.
Every part that you could un-bolt is powder coated or new.
Clean CA title. One of a kind. Car is as in pictures. I will put frame back under it so it is a roller. You will need another tuck for all the other parts.
$38,000 or part trade.
Selling because father in law is sick and I need to finish his 34 coupe.

Nice looking car very clean. The only thing I have for you is your wheels are on backwards. You have the left side on the right side. Those are directional wheels.

Regarding a possible trade, I assume you'd rather trade down and get cash rather than trade up and add cash to the deal?

Thanks.
I can trade up or down.
I get the 66 back from interior on Friday.
What will need to be finished at that time will be:
Install all new glass. I have.
Make and install 3 a/c lines and charge system.
Get an engine cover you like and install it.
Radio of your choice. I have ran all wires needed for a big stereo. I have bought and installed Focal rear speakers in package tray before it was covered in Suede.
Also made custom kick panels and installed speakers in them and had those also covered in Suede.
Price has increased and I have an offer on the table for the car turn key. Just don't know when i will have the time to get it there.
If someone buys it in the next day or so, they can pick there interior patterns.
Thanks

Yes, the trunk was open on my 66 in the 5th picture. Body lines and gaps are great.
Yes, I will also sell my 65 SS frame off Pro Tour as well.
It can come with or with out a LS2- auto or a crate 350-350 or Muncie or roller.
I am taking my father in laws coupe to interior Monday and hope to have it on the road before his birthday at the end of June.
It is in the back ground in one of these pictures. Just need to find and couple things like door latches and window brackets and I should have his car done.
Thanks

What needs to be done as of right now:

I will try to work on the car Sunday and Monday. But I get my father in laws 34 coupe back from interior on Tuesday and then this one will be sitting for a while.
As the car sits right now price is $59,000.
If I get the car 100% turn key, it will be in the mid to low 70's.
Will trade up or down.

Just w0w, what a well done machine. Right color (it's the color of my friends 66 when I was just a boy). I think everything is done right on it. I started looking under my cushions for an extra $20K+ and remembered I'm not a hip hop/pop/rock star that could possible lose that much money and not notice it.
So if you win the powerball and want to make someone really happy, you know where I am!! Maybe you can cut the car in half and I can buy half? :) hahaha
Nice job, really well put together

So what is the price as she sits today?
I keep going back and forth between modern muscle like a 911turbo or a Z06, or good quality drivable old muscle... I just love this thing.

I have added a very nice stereo system with amps and custom box. I have about 200 miles on the car today.
Everything works except a/c and e-brake.
I have all the parts to finish the a/c.
The rear disc brakes have a built in E- brake assembly. I just need cables and a release handle. I was thinking of doing an electric kit off a push button.
I am looking to get $61,000. Or trades.
This car is build very well and handle like a dream. I got my 1 st speeding ticket in it Friday. Wife says it has to go. the car looks like ti is going fast just sitting there.
I will take better pictures and a driving video this weekend.
Thanks

Probably no interest in a 500-600hp Audi S4 and cash :)) Can't help you with speeding tickets, but the Cactus green is a bit less in your face, and while she is loud, probably not quite as loud as the Chevelle. Not as much rear seat room either :) hahaha
Really a well done build!!

I drove my 66 on a 140 miles run today. Something came up and broke my power steering line.
Here is a chance for a great deal. 3 days only. Take the car, $52,000 as is. I have 513 miles on her since completed.
This pictures are today.
I need a small block 327-350 for my father in laws coupe. Will take some $ off for a ZZ4 or nice small block.

Still one of the best looking chevelle's I have seen. I can't swing it. Just started talking to folks about selling my S4 and S6, but even then too much coin, worth it to someone, but I can't do it. But if I didn't have a kid and a wife, I would negotiate.. Wait I want it to enjoy with the family, sooo that's not quite true!!
I almost want to plan a trip just to see your stable, the 66, the 65, your fathers car etc. Just appear to be really neat cars, before it takes off with a new owner out of state!!! Would be neat to see a car that was done right, and so clean.
Good luck with the sale, i'm not stalking, really I'm not!!!
