Aeromotive Pump fell apart; help needed....

I have an Aeromotive Stealth 340 fuel pump. When I was mocking it up the silver ring popped off the outlet an a couple parts fell out. There is a little copper "plunger" and a white plastic sleeve that came out. Unfortunately Im not sure how they go back in. From what I cant tell the copper plunger thing fits into the white sleeve, but I dont know which way it goes. Any info on how this goes back together would be greatly appreciated.
