Hi, First Post. Car has some chassis work complete.
I have to start building rear suspension so I have to decide soon!
Is there a benefit to Forged over Cast Wheels?

Would like to run staggered look. 19 or 20 rear, 18 front.
Thinking of an open style 20x12 with industrial look.

I have 29" of tire height possible and up to 15" cross section.
Will I have a better chance matching tire brands using rear 20"s?

I have scored 13 " 6 piston wilwood front and 12" 4 piston rear. What wheel size will be best with these. Im thinking of 18x8 front and 19 or 20x12 rear.

Remember its not only the diameter that needs to fit, but also the caliper face to back of wheel spoke.

With that said, from a diameter point of view, certain 16's will fit a 13" rotor. Any 17" wheel should fit a 13" rotor.

Diameter is all about personal taste and proportions but on a car that size, I wouldn't hesitate a second to fit it up with 19s and 20s. Let us know if we can build you a set.

I've decided on 345-30-19 Rear (Viper Tires) and 245-45-18 Front.

jason, I will check out your website again. Looking for something more industrial/vintage than your example.

The Boze Injected is becoming appealing, but pricey.
They are a manufacturer that offers various coatings and finishes.

I like the idea of a satin black lip with Pinstripe to mimick a taller sidewall.
3 piece also allows for flexible coatings on center.

I am getting closer to the desired style.


First to purchase the Unlawful 4 bar rear suspension.
Differential width to follow then wheel dimension.

Injecteds with tires will happen. www.unlawfulracing.com rear suspension will make way for clearance with full tubs.... Progress.

Im interested to see how they look with the tires mounted on em, i like your idea of going black to make the sidewall appear taller!
