all the material i bought from keyston upholstery supply. the black board is about 1/8 thick water proof,it was $12.00 for a BIG SHEET,vinyl was $6.00 a yard by 56 inches, and i used .250 scrim foam $8.00 glued to the blk board.then glued the vinyl to the foam.i machined a bevel on a 2.00x.125 steel tube so i could punch out the holes to clear the 1.75 strut bars going thru the package tray board(it looks like a big leather punch really).i made the templetes out of cardboard first then test fit, cut to size.sorry for the crappy cell pics.i searched the net on how to do this and didnt really find what i was doing and jumped in head first, btw making it in three pieces was better for my car and could be done in one piece i think.phil

Very cool

As for the car, I have a HUGE paperweight with a Chevelle badge on the side of it, but yeah. One day you might see it running around
