To cut a long story short, I bought a set of SPC Performance Lower A Body arms that somehow managed to be missing some bushes.
I have vendors ship all my stuff to CA, and then I privately have it shipped here across the Pacific to New Zealand once I have a large enough order to warrant it. I figured I'd be pushing my luck to get this resolved without me having to foot at least some of the freight to get the remaining parts further than the west coast.
I couldn't have been more wrong. With next to no questions asked, Brad from SPC stepped up and not only had the replacement bushes in hand, but is having them shipped across the globe at no cost to me whatsoever. Talk about going the extra mile........s!
