Hi. I bought a ridetech cap from Danny on here by clicking "buy now". $165 was taken from my account under "deal bird Santa Monica" and he received nothing to his paypal. Do you guys have any ideas why or what I need to do?

Check with Pay Pal, if your account isn't verified they hold the funds like it was a check. Once it clears he should see it.

It takes about two weeks for the seller to receive their funds and this is so the buyer can have time to receive the product they purchased and have time to settle any disputes (or return said item) if it isn't as represented. If no disputes or any delivery issues are presented by the buyer at the end of this waiting period, the seller receives their money in either a PayPal account or by check from Enthusify. Works very well for both parties.

I sold a bunch of tires thru Enthusify here on this site and was extremely pleased with all of the transactions.

The first time Enthusify is involved is kinda confusing but they're good at answering questions. They're there for the buyers protection as we've all heard horror stories about people sending money and receiving nothing. Having Enthusify as a go-between helps prevent that.

I was just going to post up what Mary already pointed out... have the seller go into his Enthusify seller activity.... https://enthusify.com/protouring/seller_activity and it should show him his item has sold

What was weird were all the people that PM'd me saying they wanted tires instead of clicking on "Buy Now." Only one guy followed the sale and read it all the way through. He got the item ...

If the buyer lets Enthusify know they received whatever you sold and all is good, you'll get paid sooner.

Yeah. I agree about people pm'ing instead of clicking the "buy now" tab. I ended up talking to Chad that runs (or owns) enthusify. I was comfortable releasing the funds to the seller before seeing the product so he didn't have to wait 14 days. Two weeks seems a long time to hold someone's money if they are selling stuff, especially this time of year. Thanks again for everyone's help.

Was this a purchase directly from Danny at RideTech [one of our sales techs], or another individual on the forum named Danny? Trying to determine if we've lost something in our system here at RideTech...
