I am in the infancy of a 68 camaro build and I cannot keep myself from returning to a 376/525hp connect and cruise setup I've seen offered through various online shops.
Has anyone had experience with these first hand and are they as easy to setup as the hype suggests?
Thanks for any info!

You get a warranty, and a custom harness with an ECM that is already programmed to remove the unnecessary items. You pay a pretty high price for that compared to some alternatives.
Beyond that, you still get to deal with other issues like engine and tranny mounts, custom driveline, fuel delivery and return, throttle connection, and a new radiator.
As it turns out, the harness and the ECM programming are two of the easiest pieces to do. I was looking real hard at the CNC package myself, then I unexpectedly ran across a deal on a low mileage LS1/4L60E that was too cheap to pass up - ~25% of the CNC price. I was pretty happy with that till I found even cheaper ways to get more horsepower cheaper.
An LS3 or LSA would be nice to have, but the money saved going other routes will be handy on doing the other things.
Bottom line is the CNC is only a fraction of the equation, so "easy" is not as plug and play as you probably hope.
