Please help me with Hood design

I am working with an artist to design a Hood for my project. I had him draw up a hood with air extractor vents for the Radiator and vents above the quad IDF down draft throttle body injection system. I was only thinking of the 2 in isolation until a friend asked what about heat wash from the radiator vents into the induction vents? what do you guys think?

It's a little busy. Kinda like when people put Camaro SS vents on top of a cowl hood. Do you have a pic of the actual car?

the last drawing looks like I pictured in my mind. In order to avoid hot air going into the carbs, what if you had extractors put into the fenders either on top or similar to a second gen T/A? It seems like that might work, a cowl induction set up would really work well with something like that. I agree it is kinda busy though.
