Where does the shoulder belt mount to?

I have your 3 point front seat belts already, poked a hole in the headliner for the shoulder belt. Is that the case for the rear too?

The Chevelle rear 3 points have a bracket that mounts in the trunk and bolts to the inner structure of the car. The reel sits on the rear shelf.
