Hi, my name is Robert and I am new to the pro-touring scene from Howard, Kansas. I have a 72 c20 custom extended cab chevy with a short bed, my wife doesn't really like my truck she wishes that I still had one of my other cars that I have gotten rid of : 1941 2 door chevy sedan with a 455, a 66 corvair, 66 mustang, 81 corvette or my 1970 short step side chevy with a stroked 383. I am putting this message on here to THANK a fellow board member. ( "67rally" ) he has given me a hope and a prayer by doing several requests of a Photoshop of my truck ( paint and shortening the bed a little more then what it was) and thanks to him my wife ( the BOSS ) can now see my vision and possibilities of my truck, she now can see why I am so set on keeping this truck and going all out to build my version of a pro-touring truck. I plan to make this a full pro-touring ride a bit at a time. In the short time that I have been familiar with this forum site I have found many helpful threads and all very informative. Again I want to thank "67rally" for all of his time and help with my vision. I am putting a pic of my 72 with some magic from "67rally" to show my ride and appreciation. The paint scheme is borrowed from another c10 that I have found on the web and just used as an example to show the Boss of what will be but with a different paint job, hope that I didn't offend anyone by using their design.
