Hello everyone, Has any one purchased one of these BROWNLINE Tourque Wrenches that they advertise on the home page of PT? And have any info/comments? looks to be a nice piece, for the $$$, I am looking to get a wrench and seen it advertised here.
Thanks

I have one and have used it on a few race weekends. I have had no problems and even double checked it the first few times because it seemed like too light of a touch when torquing wheels. When checked against my old Craftsman clicker it seems accurate.

I'm also interested. Where is it built? All Craftsman torques wrenches are currently imported...

They are headquartered in Chicago, but I remember seeing that they manufacture overseas IIRC.

Not sure where it's manufactured, but I really like mine. Works great, and as Van B said, seems accurate compared to my clicker.

Still kicking around the purchase although I would like to bite the bullet and buy one manufactured here in the states.

Here's the reply I received about where it is made:

Thanks for your interest. The ratchet / steel components are manufactured
in Taiwan, and the assembly and electronics are done in Malaysia. We have a
repair / calibration facility in Chicago in case anything ever does need to
be done to the wrench.

Cost? As my Snap on tech angle does it all including torque/angle. saving for a 1/2 version too.
