p/s hose fitting size HELP!

Hi guys. First build dilemma's here. I have a 56' F100 coyote powered backed by a 4R70w. I am trying to get my power steering completed. I have a rack and pinion from a 86 mustang gt and a pump from a 2005 mustang gt and a KRC power steering reservoir . I need to get hoses made but the hydraulic hose company believes the ends are specific to Ford for the rack and pump? Anybody know what ends I want or a part number etc. Thanks for any help. Peter

The ford racks are metric O-ring. the small one is 14mm, and the large is 16mm. The smart way is to use adapter fittings screwed into the rack that convert to a #6 AN male. You can get these fittings from Earls, Pure Choice, or, yes, me at No Limit. $15.99 each 909-386-7637.
