Hi all -
I've installed 1.125" Hellwig front bar. Car is dropped significantly. Sway bar end links are now tipped up pretty radically. Should I be trimming the end link sleeves in order to flatten the resting position of the bar?

It made a big difference when I did it on my truck recently. The leverage angle on the end-links has a profound effect on the effectiveness of the bar. The change in suspension feel was much more dramatic than I expected it would be.

Thx rentedmule. I've added this fix to the list of to-dos!

You might need new end link bolts too since they only have about 1.5 inches of thread. Parts store end links are cheap and I found that a Fox body Mustang has shorter end links than my stock A-body links. You can measure out what you need and have the parts guy pull some for you to check.
