Good Starting foundation for center console

I was just looking around for center console ideas and this looked liked it could be a good foundation to build off off. heck you could even run ducting to the back vents to have rear hvac. Looks good. I went to the local u-pullit with a tape measure and went around looking for one that I liked with the correct dimensions and paid around $15 for it.
