I see that on the Detroit speed website it says you can fit a 10" wheel, is that with or without modified lips of the front fenders? Also what's the largest tire people have fit up there?

Formula 43 builds 10" front wheels for Detroit Speed but only on the 69 cars. The 1967 and 1968 cars run a 9" wide wheel with a 6" backspace and a 255 tire. Let me know if I can assist you with any more wheel information.

why cant the 67 and 68 go to a 9.5 or 10" wheel? i saw a few of them at goodguys. running 18x10 including ridetechs yellow camaro

Well, I'm running a DSE subframe with 18x10" 275 tires and 6.9" bs. No front fender or inner fender mods and no rubbing issues what so ever in 3000 miles!!!

The rears are 18x12 5.9"bs with 335s and a 57" wide rear axle.
