Hello,

I'm in the process to connect the pressure lines to my Procharger system but I have some questions....
I have the Procharger instruction book but I didn't find the infos inside....
I have an Autometer boost/vacuum gauge, where must I connect it, to the intake under the carb ? Is it right to vacuum carb ports ??
I also have an Aeromotive fuel regulator with an inlet for vacuum, a MSD boost timing master with also an inlet for vacuum and a Procharger blow off valve with also an inlet...
I join a picture of 2 check valves, but I don't know where to place them?

If you can explain me what go where and where to connect the check valves I would be very happy ;-)

The white one --) goes to the brake booster (but there already is a valve on the booster inlet, right ? ).
The small one --) to the TH-350 line ??
Blow off valve --) intake......???
Fuel regulator --) intake or carb hat ?
Boost Timing Master --) intake ?
Boost/vacuum gauge --) intake ?

Must I keep the PCV valve or can I block the port ?

Thanks for your help https://static1.pt-content.com/images/noimg.gif

Hi Pro Buick,
I'm going to have my afternoon nap. So here's the quick anser.

The white one --) goes to the brake booster. It should be higher pressure rated than the stock one.
The small one --) to the TH-350 line? Correct.
Blow off valve --) intake below the carb/throttle blades.
Fuel regulator --) carb hat. You can get a 1 /16th ntp nipple for it if you want to run braided hose.
Boost Timing Master --) intake. Correct, again below the throttle blades.
Boost/vacuum gauge --) intake. Correct. You can buy a manifold log on Ebay to connect all the intake feeds together. That is apart from the BOV
which will work properly on it's own feed. Many use a 1" carb spacer drilled and tapped to accept 1/8th ntp - 4AN or quick connect fittings.

Must I keep the PCV valve? No. It'll work better with either a really secure breather. (They can blow off due to boost getting past the rings). Or a pair of -12 AN tubes from each valve cover to a vented oil catch can.

Good luck and have a read of this Procharging 101 post while your at it.
