Hey all,

I may be over thinking this, but......

To prevent electrolysis The LS aluminum varieties require an aluminum radiator. Should I be at all concerned with running a regular old school heater core that is obviously not aluminum on my LS6? Sorry if this has come up, I couldn't find it if so. I live in Washington (west coast) so I am not adding AC at this point or else I would go Vintage Air. Thanks for your 2 pennies.

I never thought about this. I would like to know, as well.

If I were to guess, I would think that with the heater core being another non-ferrous metal (brass/copper) there shouldn't be a problem.
If I'm wrong it wouldn't be the first time lol.

That does make sense, Non-ferrous is key. Thanks for your info, I think you are correct. I appreciate it!
