Unfortunately I don’t have the time to build a car but was hoping that I could get some recommendations of a few builders that I could work with. I have a 68 Firebird Convertible that I would like to do a mild build on. I am somewhat flexible on location however I would rather work with someone in the North Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas or western Arkansas area. Obviously this is a cost conscious build so some of these guys or companies will be out of the realm of possibility. Hopefully you guys can recommend a couple smaller quality shops or even a highly motivated/proven individual builder. Thanks for all the help and if this is the wrong area to post just let me know.

Mike is an excellent guy,, and you could also consider Scott Mock in Baldwin Kansas who has some bird experience as well... Both talented and both more than capable

Thanks for the input I will start getting in contact with some of these guys. I talked to Mike and he had several valid points for me to consider on the process so at least we are getting the ball rolling. One thing I did find out is the time line I had may be a little to tight. Again I appreciate all of the input.
