Got a FAST XFI system on a Mopar 440. For some reason, my injectors are'nt firing because of an error code involving my wideband sensor (O2). Everything is brand new and hooked up correctly (maybe!!). This is the only thing that's keeping me from firing up. I did not know that the 2 have to function together in order for the motor to fire. I have gone through the diagnostics that FAST included, don't see why the injectors need the O2 sensor to make the motor run. Thanks for the help.

Your wording leads me to believe that you do not have an O2 sensor installed. Do you have one installed?

Yeah it's installed. Now I'm leaning toward my MSD box not sending a signal to the ECU. A friend of mine told me that the 2 are unrelated to one another and the O2 sensor will not prevent the car from starting. Oh well, I'll keep on diagnosing. Thanks for the response.

On a factory fuel system the o2 sensor will not affect the injector pulse. How ever on the fast system the computer use the o2 sensor to self learn the correct fuel amount so if you have a code and the system hasn’t gone through a learn cycle I would defiantly not dismiss the possibility

Have you calibrated the TPS? Defined / confirmed the O2 sensor type in the software? Some systems will not fir until these steps have been completed. It's a safety thing. Like the Safety Dance, only different.

Street...yeah I went through all that and I'm good to go. I still can't wrap my head around why 2 same size motors, one NA and one SC, with the same injectors, both idling with no boost and people are telling me that only 1 will experience lock up while the other one will be fine. Still got a lot of tuning to do. Thanks for all the help.
