Photoshop help please

Hey i was wondering if someone can photoshop the wheels on my car to a gun metal or graphite grey, and make the headlight angle match the fender brow angle. Any help would be much appreciated.

The grey wheels I like not sure yet on the headlight area though. But thank god the wheels aren't actually blue and just taped up so they don't get scratched lol. I couldn't handle blue wheels.
