On members replies the pictures of their cars is on the left under their name, how can I do that?? Thanks and awesome site!!!

go to user cp at top left of your screen, then follow directions for "avatar".
there is no such thing as a dumb question.

Welcome to the site, and Dirk's got it right. The pic is called an avatar. Maximum size is 80x80 pixels, simply go to the user CP as dirk said, and follow the directions.
