I have a 406 w/fastburn heads and am running the new Holley HP EFI TBI setup. I haven't messed with either of the ones you mentioned but can tell you Holley has there S*** together on this one. The only thing this is missing is the ability to switch between two maps (for different tunes ie e85/pump gas) on the fly or at the flick of a switch. The HP version even controls lockup and drive by wire. Be happy to answer any Q's u may have about it, but that system would be my recommendation.

I put a fast throttle body carb replacement system on a 38 Chevy believe it or not his mpg went down a little but this throttle response was very impressive. Let us know how it works out.
