For some reason recently, I keep getting a "database error" message screen when trying to visit this site. Is there anything I can do on my end to alleviate this problem? This has probably been going on for maybe the last week off and on.... Any help would be appreciated and thanks Mods!

We are having some trouble and out hosting company is trying to figure it out.
If anyone knows how to run a trace-route to pro-touring.com I would appreciate it if you could run one and e-mail it to me. I will send to the hosting company.
Thanks and sorry!

What is your email address Larry? I figured out how to do the traceroute, so I can do it from mine and email it to you.
The traceroute wasn't successful on my first attempt, but it was on my second attempt. Which scenario would you like for me to send?
I can send it to you in a PM also....
Thanks Larry!

I haven't seen or heard of a problem in over a week.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Sorry, we have been fighting it for a while. I looks like it might be our mass e-mail system overloading the server? I have throttled the send rate to 10% of what is was and we will see if that changes anything. If that doesn't solve it we will have to dig deeper.
Sorry everyone for the trouble.

Sorry everyone for the trouble. If you continue to have errors, let me know what the error showing up in the log is. I do database/web stuff for a living and I am pretty good at figuring out what the issue is.
