I pulled my wiper arms and need some ideas how to trim out the cowl hole and wiper drive splines.
Any ideas?

They sell spline fit caps that fit over the spline. Check eBay. Come in various finishes. GL

I'm filling in the panel itself. I started by using a slapper file to bring down the stamped shape, and then welded in the remaining holes.

And you just drive faster to clear it real good, right!

^^
that's when you pull over, take the wiper(s) out of the trunk, and put them back on...
Covers available in bullet style:

I have also seen some rubber snubbers fitted on the motor shafts.

In case of rain, and in a pinch, a few cigarettes smeared on the glass will coat the glass, and work like rain-x, just not as good.. Some Coca Cola will remove the offending tobacco coating later...

Not with 335 R888's, no sir. RainX needs about 10mph to work well. Stop lights can be a challenge in a downpour though.

Not in CA. as long as it passes smog (74 and up), that's all they care about. Screw safety...lol

I believe it's a state law everywhere. Chances of getting busted for it....slim to none, slim left town.
