Looking for some info on the hotchkis 3in drop springs front and rear on a 68-72 Nova
I will be running a 17x8 with 245 tire on the front and 17x9 with a 275 tire on the rear. thinking this might be a little low?
Thanks

On mine I had 2" Hotchkis springs on front and 3" drop Calverts on the back. I cut 1 full coil from the front springs and it wasnt low enough. I ended up changing to a stock height 2"drop spindle. That combined with the extra tall ball joints on the SCandC kit ended up working perfect. I changed the front springs to AFCO adjustable spring buckets and short springs. Now its super low, handles great, and the a arms are at the proper angles unlike before when the lower ball joint centerline was above the inner arm pivot.

Thanks for the Info Nate. I think your input on the wheel size for the front is what I will go with. everytime I see your car it makes me change my mind from the VWW v-40 to the 48's...
