Does anybody know how to make these side skirts or know of a place to purchase some that looks like them? http://i.autoblog.com/2007/10/31/sema-2007-1-000-hp-propane-chevelle-by-mothers/

I personally worked for Foose for years & can tell you how he did it on this & many other cars. If you notice, they are the same profile from front to rear. Chip hand bent a short sample profile & had a local sheetmetal shop make a couple of lengths from it bent to match , that's the secret. This was also mentioned in the book, how to paint your showcar, which featured the chevelle.
A not so secret, I didn't work for Foose, I just pay attention to any good info I come across.

Thanks. I think it would be easier for me to make it from fiberglass.

Think you mossed the point here, that a shop could most likely make them for you for less than $200. How much is fiberglass materials, bodywork materials, & all your time cost???
