Have a built 396 SBC with a Hilborn EFI setup that I'm targeting for 550-580 HP. Motor is a few months from being done, just need to spec a cam, oil pan and pulley system.

It still has the stock tank and sender with a whopping 5/16" line. I was thinking of having the tank sumped and running an Aeromotive A750 inline. Will that work? Not sure what my other options are to be honest...

I don't have 1-2K to spend on a custom fuel cell.

Thanks,
Eric

4th Gen in tank fuel pump module.

How does that work on a wagon tank... my tank is probably a good 2 feet tall unlike a tank from a sedan. I want my fuel gauge to still work too, and I'm not sure how that's done with this setup.

It would not work on a wagon tank. the module compresses down to about 9"
The late model trucks use a deeper Tank check one of them out.
Did not know the wagon tanks were different.

There are vendors who can build a custom fuel system.
