SS Magnaflow exhaust kit
Wilwood polished master cylinder
Wilwood adjustable proportioning valve
American Autowire classic update kit (67 Camaro)
67 Camaro center console harness

I placed this order over the phone and payed with Credit Card on 7/6/12. Delivery was promised 7-10 days. I asked Frank for a receipt of our transaction immediately after I placed my order and multiple times there after. I have yet to receive a receipt one. I have yet to receive any parts after waiting for over a month. In our previous conversations Frank has been a great help, so I told him (via email) if he had forgotten about my parts, if they got lost in the shuffle, no big deal, I'm easy going, just refund the money, no hard feelings. I sent that email on 8/10. I've waited a solid week for a refund. I haven't received a refund nor have I had any response what so ever from Frank. I've been as patient and courteous as I can be. I've filed a Non-delivery dispute today (8/17) with my credit card company to recover my money. Also, along with the emails below, I have tried to contact frank over the phone multiple times, (I can dig up phone records if needed).

I wanted to check up on my order. I haven't recieved anything yet. Does Magnaflow, Wilwood and American Autowire provide tracking numbers when they ship?

I would also like ot have an invoice of the parts I had ordered.

Hey Frank,

I’m trying to be patient. I’ve heard your voicemail and seen some post on Pro-Touring that you’ve been burning the midnight oil. But, I haven’t received any parts nor have I been able to get a receipt/invoice for a month now. I don’t like doing business in this without a clear document of my transactions. I’ve been down this road before and more than a few “over-a-handshake-deals” have resulted in a mess because of confusion and miscommunication. I worried that I’m getting lost in the shuffle or worst, my parts haven’t been ordered yet.

My first time doing business with you was great. I quickly received a receipt via email after I placed my order and the TVS kit was delivered within a couple of weeks. Along with supplying parts, your knowledge and advice have been an immense help to my project. So, I really hope this all goes well.

Now, can I get an update on the parts? If not, if they got lost in the shuffle, no hard feelings, I'm an easy-going guy, just send me a refund and I'll source these parts elsewhere.

I'm also on Pro-Touring.com (https://www.pro-touring.com/) forum (Juggernaut). There are several members that have complained in the feedback subforum. I am very close to adding another thread.

Again, I hate to do that, as you have been an immense help

I’ve been as patient and polite as I can possibly be.

I’d like to have $1720 refunded to my card or a check in the mail by tomorrow. I’ve contacted my credit card company this morning to discuss my options. As a consideration, I didn’t get my CC company involved because of the advice and help you have given me.

But, I’m all out of patience and my car is on hold waiting for these parts.
