Just a heads-up that this show is coming up. I've taken my Corvair the last couple of years and it was a blast. It's in downtown Wichita. Several city streets are shut down and the cars park right on the streets. Ford is a major sponsor and brought out SVT Raptors for off-road rides the last two years. Last year they had rides with professional drivers on a race course in Boss 302s and Mustang GTs. They always bring their newest cars to show off inside the Kansas Coliseum. This year I hear they're bringing out a drag racing dyno with two mustangs that you race heads-up against another person. They're also giving away a '65 Mustang and a Harley Sportster. It's been a blast the last couple of years with all the events (cruises, autocross, burnout competitions) over three days.
