I have a brand new vintage air black anodized control panel for gen IV systems. The part number is 491223-RUA. It is brand new in the package in the original box. Retails for $210.00. Selling for $175 shipped anywhere in the continental US. I am located in Tracy California.

I believe it will work with all gen IV systems, but unless someone can chime in who know for sure it's probably worth a phone call to Vintage Air.
