Our Roto-Joint has Delrin bearing surfaces.
They're a nice balance between comfort and performance.

EMF in Alberta specializes in BIG offroad type heims but does make some smaller ones.

I don't understand the desire to go to a poly joint when delrin is available. I can't think of a single advantage of poly. Maybe cost.

How much better a ride do u get from these spohn ends compared to the conventional heim end???

Delrin is comparable to a solid end. Rubber is the best isolator. Poly is in the middle, but can be noisy if not lubricated properly.
We like to run solid or poly on one end and rubber on the other for a street car.
For a mostly "track" car we use double heim ends.

The Roto-Joint is halfway between poly and rod end. There's still a bit of cushioning. The key is, that cushioning happens for the life of the Roto.
Rod ends are quiet for a few miles until the liner gets pounded down...

What kind of shocks are you using? Shocks have a huge affect on what you feel in the car.
If the compression damping on your current shocks is relatively stiff it can cause this issue.

Qa1's in the car,i tried all different settings on compression and rebound but could'nt find a happy medium.
I think i will try the rubber on one end and see how that feels,Thanks guys!

Is this a coil over car, or can you remove the shocks? It's a really quick test to pull the shocks, drive around the block, and see if it's still stiff. I don't advise driving all the time without shocks, but it will quickly tell you what the shocks are doing.

poly joints with full articulation.
i used ballistic fab joints to make some rear links. tubes are 1.75" .120 wall
joints are made in USA, greasable, rebuildable, adjustable for wear.

ballistic has had bad customer service reviews in the past, but they were great for me. quick shipping and great customer service. direct from mfgr.
i probably didn't need them on both ends, especially lowers, but i wanted full articulation. i had poly bushings on previously and i'm pretty sure the binding caused the rear crossmember to crack at the frame.
