Mark basically built my suspension for me over the phone. I appreciate taking the time to discuss the technical aspects of suspension geometry as well as the reasons why he recommends all of the parts as well as how it will improve your vehicles suspension. After our first conversation, I went out and got his book, and armed with the information he presented over the phone, and reading his book to get a better understanding of what he was talking about, I was ready to order. I really like his no pressure approach, and his commitment after the sale, or just with any random question about building out a car. I must admit, he did talk me out of spending a lot of money that I would have normally spent since I am a big sucker for over doing anything.
