can somebody tell me how the cowl cover bolts back in

I had to replace the cowl vent on my 67 Camaro and I can't remember how the cowl vent cover bolts back in I know true one side has the small bolts and the weatherstripping but what holds the other side in it can't just be the wipers

the is a set of clips that hold the lower windshield molding on that the cowl slips into to hold it in place. They should be sticking out below the molding.
