Not having much luck finding anything on this.
Can you use a return style regulator in series with a dead head regulator? I found an article somwhere that I swear they said they did thing but cant find it.
Plumbing would be pump to return style reg, then the dead head on the output to the tbi. Reason below:
Working on a TBI setup. Fuel pump died so I swapped in a mallory 11106m pump. Ran new 3/8 fuel line and using the old 5/16 as a return. Also has a factory 1/4 return line from the tbi setup. I bought the mallory 4305m FPR (30-100 psi). I am going to swap to mpi later and decided to build the fuel system now to be able to handle that later on.
Having trouble with the fp. currently using a 19lb check valve on the return line feeding the tbi. With that the fp bounced from 18 to 29 lbs with the throttle body mounted fp blocked off. Hooked up the tbi regultaor and have a steady 16lbs. Good being the tbi needs 15psi. but it is "rigged" now to get it running.
