Since I've sold my 400, I'm looking to get rid of the transmission as well. Right now, it's just taking up space on the workbench. The trans comes with the 621 type bellhousing (Muncie to SBC), new (like new) clutch and PP, pilot bearing, fork, shifter, shift linkage (67/68 Camaro, 64-65 Chevelle) and a shifter stick/ball. I can throw in the crossmember and zbar if you like.

I bought this trans without any linkage for $500, and the new linkage was about $150, so I'd like $600 or best offer. I had an actual transmission mechanic tear it down and replace a few parts I was unsure of. They weren't new parts, but they were in good condition. The main case was also replaced due to a slight leak. I do not know whether the trans was behind a BBC or SBC, and I do not know what ratio it is.

I can ship this, but I would like to try to avoid it, but I can if necessary.

A few other things I have:

Flex-a-lite Fan with built in adjustable thermostat and stock 67-68 Camaro Radiator - $70 (Can seperate)

I'm 99% sure it's an M20.

The picture above is of the replacement case, not the original one. I'll have to dig for that number.

That's a 27 spline 64-65 tail shaft. The case is from a 70-74 M20

Oh, and I forgot, the input is a 10 spline.

I'd be interested in pretty much everything except the tranny. If you don't want to split it up I understand but if you're willing let me know and lets figure something out.

Thanks,
Jason

The price is obo, can't hurt to have a parts trans :)

I'm actually fine with the idea of piecing it out, but I want to try and sell it as a whole for now, if I don't have any sale in a week or so, I might work something out with ya.

Still interested I just don't want to insult you with an offer because I don't need the tranny and would price it accordingly. I'm also somewhat local if you'd be willing to meet somewhere half way and avoid the hassle of shipping.

Not shipping the trans will dramatically cut down the cost. It's less than 40 lbs. I know I have nothing special without the swap parts, which is why I'm trying to get rid of it all together. I've got 2 people coming to look at it this weekend, I'll let you know if nothing works out.
