View Full Version : Does anyone make hoods already made for blowers

I have a 67 camaro that's getting a blower it has an original 2 inch rise hood that I am not cutting up lol was wondering if there is any company that makes pre cut ones thanks

Me either that's why I try and see if anyone has I would think there would be some kind of market for it I know I could buy a repro hood an cut it but it wouldn't be nowhere near as strong

Why not go fiberglass? There are multiple hood options that way!

I wouldn't mind going with a fiberglass hood if I could find one that was already cut for a blower and that isn't pin on it would be cleaner that a metal one as far as the edges are concerned do you know any certain manufacture that makes a precut one for a 67 camaro thanks

You can stop your search as nobody makes a precut hood......get out the sawzall.

I would be very surprised if you can find a hood with the hole pre-cut. There are just so many variables in blowers that it would be virtually impossible to get a good fit.

I have a 69 hood already finished out had a 6-71 in perfect shape. Fiberglass. Lmk if interested 601-672-8830.
