How do I subscribe to a thread

I read on how to do it, but I don't see subscribe anywhere in any of the treads to do so. Maybe I'm just missing it somewhere. Can use a little help please. Thanks in advance

In the upper right, in a gray bar just above the first post, there are 4 drop downs: Thread Tools, Search Thread, Rate this thread and Display. If you drop down Thread Tools, there is the option to subscribe. I'm guessing that you need to be logged in for it to work.
