Hey guys,
I need a opinion!
I'm doing a protouring 68 camaro build with a LS eforce supercharged engine and 6060 6speed tranny i bought from a 2010 rear ended camaro. It has a chassis works, front clip, fab9 rear. wilwood brakes, ricks ss tank, classic air a/c. Its in a body shop that does not do the wiring of the engine or any other mechanicals, just body work. They installed the frame rear end & rotors & calipers.
I have two mechanics that are working on the car as a side job. I paid them already cash $2400 to install motor & tranny already together when i bought it, Chassis works ls motor mounts, Crossmember for the tranny, Install wiring for the ls engine, that is not complete, not even mounted inside car!! Install just the Ricks SS.gas tank,(no fuel lines, Flaming river steering colum, Front wipers with hidden motor. Remove power steering off the motor, Install classic air box with 2 heater hoses going through fire wall to compressor location.
23 hours of this work, Is this reasonable? Paying cash as well!! What do you think?

X2 on this

It sounds reasonable to me.... IF it all gets done. Unless you are personal freinds with these guys, NO way would I ever pay in full before the work is completed.
