Is there any company's that make this style wheel in a 20x11, I see 10's all day but have not seen 11's

Not to my knowledge, there aren't a lot of cheap options for 11 inch wide wheels. You could buy some and send them to Weldcraft to have them widened. I think I have heard pricing around 350 to widen a pair.
