427 ZL1 motor mounts for a 68

does anyone recommend a specific motor mount for a 427 BB inside of a 68 ? I'm using the standard mounts and was hoping there were some that were a little lower. I don't have a lot to work with from the bottom of the oil pan but I could pick up a little.

If your running a stock subframe and steering box you really dont have any options. The BB frame stands offset the engine to the passenger side of the car for steering box clearance. The trans crossmember is also different in a BB car for the offset and the radiator shroud has a offset fan hole.

Do you have the original BB mounts with the offset?

yes I do has the offset mounts. It appears to be a little high. I may need to replace the orginal hood with a cowl hood.
